The story followed a kind sprite who started helping a human girl, secretly at first, who hoped to please her sick mother who was sick to tend their garden anymore. In the Philippines, plant parents are called “Plantito” = Plant+Tito (Uncle) and “Plantita” = Plant+Tita (Auntie). This graphic novel is for the plantito and plantita in all of us. It highlights the importance of cooperation and harmonious community.
